The strange behaviour we're experiencing is that as soon as the user click on the dropdown menu, (any) browser crashes with Aw, Snap! Error code: STATUS_BREAKPOINT The site works fine on phones/non domain machines. So could it be filtering issue? We've tried whitelisting the url. Has anyone remotely experienced anything like this?

Has anyone got successfully working MyTutor? I’ve added all their recommended IPs and host names to firewall and filtering but the lessons still not launching properly, just get a loading circle. If it’s working for you, could please share the what stuff you added to firewall/filteriing? Thanks in advance

At our MATs HQ, we have two Ricoh MP C5503 copiers, both refurb purchases and aren't on any lease. HQ now wants to do secure printing on them. There is the Locked print option, but this is per user setting and is lost on application closure. The alternative is PaperCut but is it possible to purchase PaperCut on it's own, without hardware lease? Are there any better solutions for this scenario to Papercut? Any advice/suggestions appreciated.

Happy New Year all! So we've recently setup Facility ePortal and it's mainly there to interface with external data extraction providers, i.e. Wonde. The school has signed up with Sparx (maths), that uses Wonde to extract student data. When trying to import classes on Sparx interface, it complains about missing student information on certain students, thus can't upload that class. When looking deeper on ePortal there are indeed two students who have their details (names etc) missing, but only on ePortal NOT in Facility. This seems like a bug of some sort and has been reported to Advanced Learning. But in the mean time thought I'd askt he wider world if they've come across anything like this? Many thanks

Thanks all for the input so far. I've managed to get the main mathletics.com/uk working by adding west.cdn.mathletics.com to our firewall. Next task to get login.mathletics.com working. Pinging login.mathletics.com comes up with - ppphostapps.eastus2.cloudapp.azure.com [40.70.9.33]. Adding both the domain and IP hasn't worked so far.

Thanks, but I've already checked that out and whitelisted the domains as suggested. The irony here is that that support link also won't load (from school), as its 3plearning.com

So hands up if you use Mathletics. School wants to trial it but we're having difficulty getting the site to load. We've tried adding various IP ranges and domains to our whitelist. 3plearning, the parent site is also the same. The strange thing is that site fails to load even on a completely unfiltered/unrestricted computer in the office. Anyone else had such issues?

Maybe not much consolation but we've just stuck with standard SSDs in ours.

Hi All. Has anyone successfully deployed Boxford 5 (or close as version), either on RM or Vanilla? We have the install discs and what seems like two different set of notes for "network install" Any guidance would greatly appreciated.

Resurrecting this thread. We usually deliver our file associations using an xml file, through a gpo and it works well. This is what I'd added to the xml file, but it doesn't seem to be doing fat lot. I've also tried Arthur's registry method, only importing it locally, but still no difference. Anyone have anymore fresh thoughts on this please?
