Hi @Cthulhu, Impero Education Pro comprises of three modules of EdAdmin, EdProtect and EdTeach and aren't charged additionally, rather they are separated for you to customise your suite of products. Impero EdAware however, is our separate case management and safeguarding solution which allows you to report and document concerns, which seamlessly integrates with EdProtect (online safety, keyowrds + more). To our knowledge, Senso does not offer this as part of their product suite and this may be where you're seeing these additional charges. We also pride ourselves on having the most sophisticated and extensive libraries, working with numerous expert charities and organisations in the field. What's more, with the introduction of our brand new browser console, managing captures is more intuitive and easy to use than ever! Please do send me a PM if I can help in any way. Hi @SteveHill, At Impero, we follow the UKSIC guidelines for appropriate monitoring. For filtering systems, the UKSIC ask that they include the IWF CAIC list (URL based) in their systems, whereas they ask monitoring systems to be members of the IWF. Going beyond this, Impero have opted to use the keyword list provided by the IWF to detect this activity and work closely with them to develop this further. Hope this helps. Courtney @ Impero

We understand that not all of our customers wish to go cloud at this point in time, which is why we're pleased to say that we will be offering both options, being that you can choose to have on-premise server or go fully cloud. Hi All, If you have Impero installed and this causing the issue- don't worry, you don't need to remove or reinstall Impero! To resolve this issue, you can disable print credits on the affected group. This is a known issue caused by creating a new groups but not configuring it's group settings. Hope this helps. -Courtney @ Impero
