What about the use of the 'Delete user profiles older than a specified number of days on system restart' policy? Under 'Comp. Configuartion\Admin Templates\System\User Profiles'?

Did anyone get any further with this? We've got machines downloading the feature updates daily even though allowing OS Upgrades are disabled in the registry and the semi-annual (targeted) option enabled.

We're having the same issue here, I've supposedly disabled the welcome screen through GPO and this is reflected under Chrome://Policies. The changes have taken effect for Staff memebers, but for the Students who have mandatory profiles the issue is there. I've got the First Run file and the preferences file are set to already seen welcome page, but the issue are still there. Sadly this is the only real issue we've got with Win10, any other ideas?
