  1. You would need to create another HTML file and change the registry keys for reply messages to point at that file in the Set-RegistryEnteries function
  2. Yeah that's what I meant when i said convert them. I've already built a script to help with it in a test I was doing for user profile photos
  3. Without them being publically accessible you can't without us doing some converting and adding them with code. I will add another script to the repo tomorrow that does this. Conversion and you could adapt it. Thanks
  4. Yeah DM me the formatting issue I can try assist.
  5. Hello @Napoleon! Feel free to DM me an example and what your issue is. I will glad help in my spare time. Can I just ask if you are running the latest branch or the development branch? There is a couple of fixes in the development branch. Cheers.
  6. Just a side note that Exclaimer isn't free.
  7. Hello everyone. Ready for people to give ago is a rather large rewrite of the script: https://github.com/captainqwerty/AutomatedOutlookSignature Version 5.0.0 is a bit of a huge rewrite but very much achieving a similar end. This is essentially the foundations for further work with many other ideas I have had to improve and adapt this project. Thank you everyone.
  8. I am currently working on a big rewrite of the original script to add a bit more readability and a few more features. I will take this hugely into consideration! Thank you. - - - Updated - - - I am very sorry I never got back to you on this - the first few months of this year have been ridiculous for me. I am able to assist if you want - DM me if you have Discord and we can directly message on their for ease.
  9. Yeah, $user.description is the user's description. Cheers.
  10. Hello, There are a few options for it working with OWA but it would require modification, currently the new Outlook and its ability to sync signatures is actually making the script be a little strange at times so I am just looking at that to see if it's fixable or if the script needs to be totally rethinked. As for the lay out of the signature you should be able to achieve that pretty easily as long as all the data is in Active Directory.
  11. Hello, Sorry I have been so busy recently. I am going to branch off my original project to make a new one for users Office 365 (rather than office 2019) as the Outlook signature sync seems to be breaking this script I can investigate the no local AD while I am at it but I have no ETA sorry. Thank you. - - - Updated - - - As mentioned in my previous post, I am going to start a new branch of the project and start again due to how much the new Office 365 outlook signature syncing breaks it - this will potentially give you what you need. Thank you - - - Updated - - - If you could DM me with the desired fonts/sizes etc. I can quickly knock up the HTML for you for this. thank you.
  12. Hello, Sorry for the delayed reply I never got an alert for this - If you DM me if you still need help with this I can try assist. Thanks.
  13. Fire me a DM and we can discuss the setup My replies might be a little delayed as I am currently at work.
  14. Hello, Do you mean using the online Outlook? If so - currently not I am working on that. If you mean an installed version of office on users machines, they should all be supported, not seen a version yet it does not work for. Thank you
  15. Righttt, I have not looked at roaming signatures or what part they play in this sorry. I will have to complete some research on this topic. So are you actively using Roaming Signatures in your estate? Thanks.
  16. Sorry you have confused me - Do you want to use roaming signatures or are you wanting to disable that feature?
  17. The Exchange online version is still a work in progress as its no where near as clean to do. I've got a few different prototypes in a private repo I've been playing with. I hope to have a working release of this very soon. Please keep your eyes on this thread / the github repo. Thank you.
  18. Haha fantastic - glad you got it working, yeah if its done the usual way there arn't any pop ups that must just be a side effect of that method. Well I am glad you found away to get it working for you.
  19. Argh if you have disabled script processing then it will likely stop this working. If you do get this working and have to do some fiddling due to disabled script processing I would love some information on what you end up doing and I shall add it to the ReadMe.
  20. Hello there, Yes apologies I have failed to commit a change at home as I noticed that issue and had fixed it. I shall push that commit when I get home. Side note - if you are running it via group policy you don't need to give the users any extra permissions? It should just work?
  21. I am so sorry I never replied to this, I didn't get an alert about this post. I hope you got it sorted - if not and are still interested please DM me. I have updated the script and gave it a new name to Set-OutlookSignature.ps1 - This version has been updated to include a few more active directory attributes, some better practices and more error handling. Thank you.
  22. Hello, We have been looking into this brightness issue and just stumbled upon this post and tried out the keys and that was the solution for us as well - pushing them out via GPO now. Just wanted to say thank you.
  23. We have a logon script that repairs the dates of the profiles so that GPO will work correctly. If anyone would like this script so that they can use the delete aged profiles GPO just hit me up. Cheers.
  24. Any chance you could confirm the error please? I have never seen that error message before. So you say it can actually start and work for several hours before you get that error? Cheers.
