Well many of the macros are built in as said before, but some we needed here were specific to the company. We have one that does the same as above, but exports everything to our letter template as well. I learnt to write macros through the VB recorder program built into office, and looked at how it was structured, then learnt VBA on top. I write what I believe is useful, but I was just curious as to what else is there that I may have missed and could be used here.

I'm still waiting for the money to be taken from my account (I set up a second account for these things) and the money is still there. Think they may have pulled it, but I have yet to get an email either way.

Do you use Macros? If so what do you use? I've developed one recently which is a godsend here (save file as a PDF, and automatically attach to an email). Just looking at what else could be useful for us and what others have developed. Not a school, but we've recently finished our roll out of Windows 7. We wont be changing any time soon as frankly, its too much of a hassle and Windows 7 does the job perfectly fine.

I object to the article...it claims it is 150 times colder than the vacuum of space....the vacuum of space is 3 degrees Kelvin. 0 Degrees kelvin is absolute kelvin is about as cold as it will get according to science....not sure what temperature these guys are hitting for it too be 150 times colder than 3 Degrees K

His parents had the common sense to instill a work ethic in him and that nothing would be handed too him on a plate. Both of his parents had to earn what they got, and worked hard to get where they are now. Good on them for instilling the same for their children.

The problem he has is thus: He was "discovered" at 9, and put through the music system to be a mass marketed pop icon...and it worked. At such a young age, it went too his head. He had no childhood. The music business stripped him of it. He had nobody to say no. His mother often said she would say no too him, but the music executives would give him what he wanted anyway, so she gave up. He had no strong role model. Everyone around him was pushing him to be a teen icon, and what they thought would be good. It backfired as his teenage years set in and he began to rebel. Give it 2 - 5 years, I predict a drug fueled suicide or a wreck-less drink driving accident.

Ideally you should go gluten free if you can't cut out bread. Make bread with hemp flour or buy gluten free flour from asda/tesco etc. Gluten free loaves unfortunately cost a fortune (£2.50 for a loaf a sliced white where I am), so I inevitably make my own.

If you want results that stay, you are better off doing the workouts based on here Visual Workouts by Neila Rey Pick 3 per day, go as follows for good results (results may vary depending on diet, body type, intensity of workout). Day 1 - workout - abs Day 2 - workout - legs Day 3 - rest Day 4 - workout - arms Day 5 - workout - cardio Day 6 - rest Day 7 - workout - combination (pick any 3). Ensure you do not repeat any workouts for a month and go through them all if possible. Since cutting out bread and pasta I've lost a lot of weight, but doing these on top I am not getting the flappy skin and such like as it is toning as I lose weight. *edit* insanity work out is great for weightloss, but the results don't stay for long as your body gets used to doing the workout and when you phase it out (if you phase it out), the results start to reverse.

When I was in a school, we averaged around 20 sheets per student per subject per month...went up a further 50% in exam and coursework periods (end of terms).

I was tempted to collect the lego pieces, however I can buy a full set on ebay for about £40, and guaranteed to get each piece, whereas if I were to buy the packs individually, I can't guarantee which piece I will get etc.

I recommend none of the above. Sony Xperia Z2 is my current flavour of choice. Completely waterproof (unlike the others)...this is a big thing if you slip and drop it in the bath or sink etc. Decent camera Limited bloatware (very very little compared to Samsung and HTC, not to mention Apples whole deal!), plus integration with PSN (if you use it). Great battery life. I accidentally left on Injustice: Gods Among Us all day on my phone whilst at work (no sound, but screen locked, game running when unlocked), and still had 50% battery left, on my galaxy note, I couldn't get that sort of battery life. Very very good screen, I have been able to watch 4K videos without issue. Great Sony support, literally best I have had for a phone. Also depending on who you get it with, free spotify premium for the life of your contract (I got mine with O2 directly) Downside - no removeable battery (but this is taken into account because of the phone being waterproof).
