I completely agree with you here! I have an example of a ticket that was passed to 2nd line which took 2 months until I got a repsponse. Once you manage to speak to someone in 2nd or 3rd line though you can generally get any issue resolved reasonably quickly. Good luck!

We've seen this across our trust also. A Ctrl and F5 in chrome will display the files also which make me think it's something to do with the page caching.

We had exactly the same problem with Wonde at the start of term, we have now moved over to SalmanderSoft for provisioning!

We had exactly the same issue with around 100 of these. In the end we bought new SSD's and used the ones out of the R-50B's to upgrade older machines we had onsite.
