Hi , We got a good number of IPads from MISCO couple of years back. Misco no longer trade now. We were trying to enroll the ipads on DEP but we can't as we can't seem to find a way of getting the Reseller ID. Please anyone know how best we can get apple to help? They keeping taking me in circles.

Hello @Net-Ctrl. Thanks for your suggestion. First of all I am retiring the ZF7363. The virtual smartzone will be taken over the wireless structure. I am trying to connect the R510 to the virtual smartzone and if all APs are working will then do away with the zone director.

Hello @Net-Ctrl . I am trying to connect to a virtual smartzone and it is not coming up. I have a zone director where we have the ZF7363 Ruckus connected. The plan was to connect it to the zone director then move it across to the virtual smartzone but if I can't connect it to the zone director then I would like to connect it to the virtual smartzone directly

Hello @snagrat It is the zoneFlex R510 Series. is it also called R510 Unleashed? I did install the unleashed app on my phone but the configure.me-xxxx (where x is the last 4 digit of the mac address) didnot work

Hi , Please has anyone configure Ruckus R510 AP on their network? how did you go about it? When I plug an R510 AP on our network I can't find it on the Ruckus dashboard. Thanks

Hi Everyone, I would like a take on your advice with regards to the following: I have installed server 2012 on a Hp proliant micro server. I want to create a file share on my home network. The server will host the files and I will map the share on other laptops and computers on my home network. I will create a server back up using the backup utility that comes with server 2012. The back up will run via my home lan to a Nas plugged via RJ45. Please anyone done this before? Your advice will be deeply appreciated. Thanks

Hello @mavhc after going to the terminal to make changes and I turn my display on again the terminal page appears with my display sometimes a blank page also appears with my display . Please how do i remove the page as it is not part of the power point

Hello @mavhc . Please do you know the cronjob code to turn a tv on by 8am and turn it off by 6pm monday to sunday. I used the code on the link you sent but it keeps coming up with "bas:0: command not found"

Thanks @round2it i have tried that and it didnot work. I put a static IP and a subnet mask QUOTE=round2it;1691741]just set static ip on pc and connected to the switch put the cable from the netgear device into the switch also. I know its madness but it did work
