Hi all, Apple configurator 2 is throwing up a network error whenever I try to do anything with our iPads. I'm logged into my School Manager account with no issues. The above image is me just trying to perform a restore on an iPad Air but it displays a similar error when trying to update iOS and Apps. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I have double checked our filtering and I have updated configurator to the latest version and then reverted to v 2.12.1 to see if that made a difference, to no avail. Thanks in advance.

Good morning, Sorry to resurrect an old post but I was wondering if you got anywhere with this? We upgraded the 2016 a while back but shared mailboxes haven't worked on that version. A number of staff are still using 2010 and it works on that. Thanks.

The Chromebook is running the most recent stable release.

Good afternoon, I have a Acer Chromebook Spin r11 R751T-C6LD which will not enroll onto our school Google domain. The error message "Oops! The system failed to determine device model or serial number" occurs. I have tried reinstalling the Chrome OS but no luck. Anyone have any ideas?
