Hello guys, I have a problem with my server that I work on. I had errors while doing the backup saying that the -letter of the destination drive example (H)- is not connected to the PC. I have had many issues with finalising backups before but nowadays all of them happened to fail, so I investigated the issue and found out that the USB driver on the server is out of date and is indeed causing the problem as all external backups are connected via the USB ports. I have tried many possible solutions, downloaded drivers and tried updates, but proliant updates failed no matter what I did. So I want to ask you guys what you recommend me to do, download the whole service pack or what? If you came across this problem and found a solution please respond to this thread. Thanks zRl

Thank you for your reply, I will check those other ones as well. All we really need it for is logging everyone in at the same time, block their screen when we want to (so just to basically make them listen), share a document to all of them at the same time and help teachers manage the class the way they want to.

Hey guys, I work in a Primary school as IT technician, we are thinking about installing Imperro in the ICT suite. Have any of you used Imperro? I like the software and I have also seen the demo, but I have seen an article about them having security issues. If you have an opinion or previous experience with them please comment below. At one of the companies that I used to work with, we used ESET and we had no problems with it what so ever, at my current workplace we use sophos and we had quite a lot of complications, it is very strict, not giving you any freedom. On the other hand ESET is quite flexible and only heard positive feedback for both older and newer product versions.
