  1. Sorry - should have also said make sure you tick the boxes 'hide rows with no results' and 'remove report sections that contain no results' before saving your report.
  2. Changing tags is a bit of a skill. Every aspect has its own name in the tag and also a SIMS hidden ID. All result sets also have a SIMS ID. It is not enough just to do a find/replace of the result set name, you also have to change the SIMS ID associated with it. You need to put the show/hide character on in the paragraph edit section in order to see the SIMS ID. If you change one aspect to your new result set and then put the editing character on, you will see the SIMS ID for the new result set. You can then do a global find and replace of the result set name to the new one and then a find/replace of the old result set SIMS ID to the new one (with the editing show/hide on).
  3. Once it has exported to excel, select the column and format it to date dd/mm/yyyy. Keep the column selected and do a find and replace of space to space. This will edit every row as all the dates have a space in them. As soon as it edits them, it realised that the date should now be dd/mm/yyyy and does this for you.
  4. If you are saying the minimum expectation grade does not change over the year then I would have an aspect for each year group for each subject, FrenchME7, FrenchME8 etc. Then you can use the aspect without a result set and it will be picked up in all your marksheets for that subject and year group. If the grade changes, the latest one will be displayed in all marksheets which is probably what you want. We do a similar thing - it is the only aspect that is not in a resultset.
