Hello, We have just finished implementing Office 365 for our staff but most of the users are finding it hard to differentiate between 'read' and 'unread' emails. I have explained that there is a bar to the left of the unread emails and that the subject of the email is highlighted but this still isn't clean enough. We also tried different colour schemes but there was minimal improvement. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to improve this? Thanks Jake
