​The Information Services Division at UCL are looking for an O365 Specialist to help develop solutions across all faculties. This post exists within the Faculty IT & Partnering group that provides specialist capabilities & technology led initiatives that support our faculties individual needs and underpins their administrative, teaching and research strategic objectives.
Working as part of a product team, you will work closely with customer groups to utilise the full breadth of tools and services available across primarily the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications, to develop digital experiences that modernise, digitise, simplify and automate processes and improve digital experiences. An opportunity for someone to put to use their skills developed on the Microsoft Power Patform.
In addition to developing digital solutions, you will work to provide technical support for existing technologies and solutions in use.
Key Requirements
It is essential for you to have proven working knowledge and experience of developing solutions using Microsoft Office 365. Specifically, experience developing digital experiences using SharePoint Online and components of the Microsoft Power Platform, namely Power Automate and Power Apps. It is expected that you hold an Undergraduate degree, preferably in a science or technology discipline or have substantial relevant business experience. Finally, it is essential that you possess excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Having the ability to effectively present complex or technical information effectively to a range of audiences, is vital.
