  1. Hi did you ever get this issue resolved?
  2. Hi yes we've raised those potential issues and that's pretty much as far as we got as regards to a technical solution. We would need 2 rules so that internal emails are not effected (set their delay to 1 min), Outlook only appears to notice the first rule that applies (working down). We'd also have to including in the rule a copy of the entire global address book for because they don't recognise "inside of my organisation". We've logged a ticket with Microsoft but they have not been much help other than saying there might be a way to do it but they don't know it!
  3. Exactly.... Still need a solution though! lol
  4. I agree entirely but you all know what school's can be like.... I'll probably spend days trying to get it working only to be told to scrap the whole thing! In the short term however I need a solution....
  5. I know that's the crazy part, I never thought they'd actually implement it but they just did!
  6. Yes. So if they send an email to the wrong person they have 10 mins to realise and cancel it.
  7. Hi Any geniuses out there know how I can automate (and enforce) a 10 minute delay on all emails users send? They use a mixture of Office 2016 and 365, any help, even partial much appreciated. We can already manually create a 10 min rule in Office 2016, or a 30 sec Send Delay in O365 but that doesn't meet our brief. And yes I know it's probably a bad idea but we've been asked to implement it! Cheers
