Does anybody know/is there a way to add a custom AUP on Office 365/Teams when students sign-in? Similar to Impero, where users have to read/sign the agreement otherwise it refuses sign-in.

We are planning to deploy Windows 10 but I am stuck in regards to student's start menu, I need all the relevant app shortcuts and get rid of all the Windows 10 apps such as camera, people, etc. Also, get rid of windows accessories, ease of access and the others. Any ideas on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Makes sense, I have "remove common programs" enabled but still no joy unfortunately. Hopefully, I work this out soon.

Hi jahilton2002, How did you get the start menu folders (i.e ict, office 2016) please? ATM, I can change the start menu tiles but would prefer folders too.

We are looking at refreshing laptops for staff here. One of the options is to get Chromebooks as we are a Google based Academy already. In terms of day-to-day use, are they convenient? Also, they would remotely connect to a terminal server(s) to use Windows-based applications. Please let me know if Chromebooks have/haven't worked for you.

Thank you for your reply. Well, most/if not all our exam users require a laptop for just word processing. They wouldn't need internet etc. But, would you recommend allowing to save to local disk as sometimes moderators forget to save to the homedrive and being a temp user all changes are lost upon login.

Currently, we have exam users set up/locked down to not save to local disk, spell/grammar check disabled in Word and home drive pointing to a network location for the exam moderators to manage the work. Is this best practice for exam user accounts? If not, please help me to configure an 'exam board compliant' user.

We are stuck in a bit of a dilemma whereby we have desktops in every classroom and all staff have their own work laptops. The issue is because we have roaming profiles some user's profile is so big it takes ages for them to log on to desktops in the classroom. So, we are wandering if it's worth putting laptop docking stations in classrooms and staff can dock their laptops as and when they have a lesson, what are you thoughts? Or do we stick to desktops in every classroom as it may cause more issues have docking stations in terms of damage/missing equipment, etc?
