Hi Russ, I had tried this before as mentioned in first post, but still was experiencing some issues with it.

Currently using impero all working, just trying to fine tune this "keyword detection" to be a bit more accurate. Trying to get alerts for "obv" for example, but are getting notifications for everything "obviously" for example when we are only wanting "obv". I have tried "_word" and "word_", seems the "word_" works out better and the "_word" will circle back to original issue.. Sorry if the explanation wasn't too great, but if any could get back to me would appreciate.

Depends how often you play really. 1-20 is pretty fast if you play few games a week, it's 20-30 which is a bit of a drag. If you keep eye on their forums you will see party weekends (basically multiplier for ip + xp the more people you go into queue with), but 5v5 will get you more exp / ip than aram.

Is it only vista causing the issue, do you have windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 to see if the same issue happening? Reading a few in past had the same issue and most redirecting them to this page: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc730714(WS.10).aspx

Have you tried this ? Raw Partition solution - recover data from raw partitions. Usually trying to get data from RAW can damage the data, I think. If you're able to get the data from the drive and maybe try a reformat as NTFS to see if fixes the issue.

Yeah you can send messages between the admin / user, like a instant chat on customer support sites. Testing it on a iPhone 3gs currently, can't seem to remote on it but the view screen and message back and forth seem to be working. Have been told it's currently not compatible with iOS 9, hopefully within the coming month(s) can expect a stable version.

Ah I was just messing around with the one from the AppStore, I will try contacting them about a more recent version. Of the App or desktop console?

Hello, We are currently running Impero 5.0.3.0, It's up and running fine but I was just looking into the "Impero IOS Pro" application on the iPad.
