  1. Hello Everyone, I don't know where to begin with this problem or if anyone else may have experienced this and has a solution to it. One of my members of staff whenever they attempt to print to our network printers, no matter what machine they are on, seems to make the software they are trying to print from stop responding. This could be a brand new document that they just created or an existing document that other users can print fine. Everyone else who uses the computer are able to print just fine and get the papercut pop up except for this one user. It isnt isolated to her classroom computer either, it happens on a fresh VM and other computers in the network. The user has all the exact same permissions as all of the other members of staff in her department who can all print just fine so im not sure that it could be a permission issue Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
  2. I have tried with a test student in a test "class" however when I use the End Meeting the meeting is still joinable via the team content area and the calendar and students are able to restart the meeting. I was hoping I missed something in the meeting options but i couldnt see anything specific. I have voted already on the development point I was just wondering if there was a work around. Thanks for the help
  3. Students are assigned the "AllOff" policy so i assume that they are not able to create meetings
  4. Even when you use the "End Meeting" option via the menu students can then restart the meeting, or so i have found anyway
  5. I have this same issue - http://www.edugeek.net/forums/cloud-services/215751-ms-teams-students-join-lobby.html any help greatly appreciated. Didnt realise this thread existed already
  6. Hi all, I dont know if this is possible but I would like to know if I can force students to join a lobby when joining a meeting so they are not able to start the meeting before the organiser is in the meeting. It seems as though when the students join the meeting they can start the meeting without the teachers being present. Is there a way to stop this? Also when you click on the "..." mor actions button and click end meeting the students are still able to re-join that meeting and start it over again. Is there a way to stop this automatically without cancelling the meeting once it has finished? Thanks in advance for any help
  7. http://www.edugeek.net/forums/general-chat/154839-sign-system.html This might be worth taking a look at?
  8. Going to bump this to see if there is any finished projects for a signing in system?
