  1. Good Morning, We are a Secondary School located in North-West Merseyside and looking to expand our Project for Microsoft Office 365 whole school wide. The school has all features and Licenceses for Office 365 however, we are not sure on the best way to push this out and make the most use of everything. We would like to convince the staff to start using the features of OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint Sites. However, we are finding the administration of this quite tricky. How do you manage what they store on OneDrive? The features that Office 365 offers are fantastic, however what is the best practice for deploying this to both staff and students and creating a more virtual environment. How have other schools done this? If there is any local schools located in the North – West Merseyside area that are currently configured and setup completely with Office 365 and wouldn’t mind some visitors, we as an IT Department would very much welcome the opportunity. The main objective’s we want to achieve are: · Setup students with accounts and give them the features that office 365 offers · Use office 365 for classroom teaching and for kids to receive homework and submit to the teacher once completed Thank you for your time and support Kind regards, Hulsey1997
  2. Hi there, I was just wondering has anyone found a long lasting solution to this issue with Dynamic Learning. We are currently experiencing the same issue where by when using the interactive Quiz's some machines allow you to start the tests and some do not. This is within chrome, IE, and it is so frustrating I can seem to find out why it is happening. Any help would be much appreciated many thanks, Luke.
  3. Hello JJames I hope you don't mind me contacting you. I noticed your Post regarding Microsoft Certified Training. I am 20 years old and in a Similar position myself to the position you are in within your work. I am the IT Technician at a Secondary School. My Manager is keen for me to get more involved with the networking side though. I have a little bit of knowledge about the basics of networking but I am trying to find a course that will not only expand my knowledge here at the school but also give me career prospects should I move to another job in the future. I read through all the comments you got back and they all sounded interesting. I was just wondering what Path did you take eventually? Was the course Expensive? I have since been onto the Microsoft Certified Training Website and looked through all the courses they offer but just puzzled as to where to start for the best. Look forward to hearing from you. Have a good day. Many Thanks, Hulsey1997
