  4. Hi Galijanach, I've just added our new Konica Printers which have Windows virtual queues try the following method. Add Printer use to Advanced button (you'll need to add to the print toolbar) right click customise the toolbar drag Advanced over. Click on Advanced add the type, Device (Windows Spoolss), URL and choose a driver and click on add. Regards, Crawford
