Are you having issues with SharePoint and Office Online too? It's really hit and miss for us. At times toolbars don't load etc. I can't see anything else to tweak and support appear none existent at the minute.

We had a similar issue and this solved it for us: We have identified the issue regarding the password applied to the BIOS of your Tactus or Dynabook devices. Please use the supplied password with 0010 or j suffixed. For example, if the supplied password is 123xyz456, use 123xyz4560010 or 123xyz456j. Once you try this could you please let me know how you get on?

We are looking at a similar project in our MAT. What's people experience/opinions on Meraki AP's? We had the usual sales pitch with some nice discounts but not sure how Meraki compares to others. We have UniFi AP's in some places but not impressed with Ubiquiti making them EOL.

We have Civica (NRS) in our sixth form and a secondary with mixed service. Raising issues with the helpdesk has been very difficult in the past however we recently implemented additional security to this network which 2nd line helped with and guided us throughout. The whole solution feels "bodged" and outdated now?

We've now had a mixture of Surface Go 2's, HP 255 G7's and now landed with 140 of these..... with a set of BIOS and Windows passwords that don't work!

I'm trying to get Solus to update itself from 3.6 to 3.8.53.0 but keep getting the message "cannot be deployed as the version of Solus 3 Database is less than the required version of 3.5.20.0" I get the same message if I try to update it to 3.7. I'm guessing Solus can't access the database but not sure what permission(s) I need to change? Has any one seen this before?
