Using Airwatch and Bushel. You have to tap to install the apps on both unless the devices are supervised. Then you can skip that tapping.

Using Bushel and the apps push down and install when we enroll Apple IDs silently or with an email invitation; however, we have to be in Supervision mode for silent installation to complete. When it wasn't supervised we'd still have to tap to install. Worked similarly with Meraki as well in our testing.
