It's alright for some! Just remember she's got something on you now. You spent all that money. She will bring that up in the future. And the eye roll should say it all(she's fed up of your spontaneous spending sprees)
-
What you brought? And you could of waited a week before you brought it! Haha
-
Isn't it just! Go for it I say! And yep she knows you want something, she's just waiting for the moment. Does she know? And I cook the tea every night! So I can't use that to persuade her.
-
Same here I had to figure it all out myself when I started! [emoji17]
-
One word then mate, doghouse! What are your intentions? Are you buying a new phone?
-
Let them work it out one their own!
-
If it was just me then yes, but with two kids and a very angry MRS (choosing I made the wrong decision and chose the phone) Can you imagine the atmosphere! [emoji23]
-
Ain't we just! well my cooker and washer broke the weekend, IN THE SAME DAY! Can you believe it! So that's my phone money gone anyway! So I may just leave it all together, I'm undecided yet, I would love a new phone but clean clothes and food seems to me as priority! Haha
-
I stand my ground! HTC. I am considering the expense of the new HTC and deciding whether to go for the m8 for a year or not. Just to keep the cost down.
-
Yes the software is cmod And yes I have heard a mixture of things about it if I'm honest and never tried it myself, I tend the stick to what I know. And off course as it is a lot of money you want to spend on a phone, you want it to be a good one and the one you want.
-
I would simply say, YES I know it's a lot more but I would say Yes. And I understand the wedding will cost obvious that is, But if you are getting a phone anyway, you may as well get one you'll be happy with, And think, it's not just how it looks, what is the Oneplus one software like? Do they receive updates often, bug fixes etc for lollipop, there more questions you need to ask yourself, and also I don't suppose you can see the Oneplus in store can you?
-
Go for it then, like I said you need a good phone to take good wedding photos, that probably wouldn't go down to well as an excuse for your wife to be, but what the heck,if you can spend 600 and a saddle I'm sure it's acceptable to spend it on a phone.
-
Sounds like you both have good enough reasons to get yourselves new phones, treat yourself. [emoji1]
-
It's not irresponsible though! You'll be fine, you need a good phone to take good wedding photos [emoji6]

I was set on HTC but now that's out I does look nice, And yeah we've still got few more weeks for the Galaxy and just over a week for the HTC. What you gonna do?
-
And now the S6 is out for pre order, things get worse, I was set on the HTC but the Galaxy does look nice [emoji35]

Aren't we all, constantly on android central, YouTube videos on phones and GSM arena! Oh my god! Theres too much! And yes they are keeping us in suspense! We need our tech fix now. Just get it over with and choose a phone.
-
I think I may just go back a few years back to my Sony W995 Walkman! I'll take that any day over a quad core 3GB ram 20 MP HTC M9.
-
Weak! I've been trying to tell myself for weeks I'm going to save some cash and not upgrade, just go on giffgaff and stay with my M7, no chance!
-
Go for it, and if you do end up buying one, I'd make it the HTC! Get yourself out there @sonofsanta They are truly brilliant devices and I (two years old now) have not had a problem with mine!
-
And that Way, your notifications aren't taken up by settings. They are out the way until needed
-
If you mean the pull down thing where you can expand on the notification. Pull down to view them and pull down again for settings. My HTC m7 has that with the new lollipop update. And so does the M8 on lollipop. If that's what you mean?
-
Yes it is better spec I was only thinking so you can experiment with the m7 before hand, and yes it would be best to go straight for the m9.
-
If the OPO is around 300 you could get the HTC M7 for the same price nowadays. That way you'd experience HTC and Android. The M8 maybe a little more.
-
Well if you pay 300 for the oneplusone then that's going to cost you again for the HTC if you wanted that. Go straight for the HTC nd put the 300 toward it. (That's just my opinion)
