  2. That works to clear the user data from the c:/ Downloads however i wish to clear from the H:/ network drive as this where our data is kept for our network profiles Thanks
  3. Hi Thanks for the reply I have tried this script and it doesn't run with GPO ,if i run manually i have to click yes in powershell to delete folder , can i add this to the script to run this automatically ?

  5. I tried that one and it ended up deleting the whole folder itself ,My downloads folder is located on the network drives in user profiles

Good afternoon I am trying to empty our staff network user download area on log off however i just cant get the script to run I have a created a .bat file which i have setup in the group policy under logoff however it runs but doesn't clear , if i run the .bat file on my desktop it works have tries powershell also "%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\downloads\*..."pushd "%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\downloads"for /d %%a in (*) do rd /s /q "%%a"del /s /q "*.*"popd Regards Peter
  7. Good morning I am a little bit puzzled i have set the settings to not mark any mail as read after a set time yet office 365 mail is marking mail as read (goes to red) after about an hour Any ideas would be appreciated regards

Hi I have posted this before but i am hoping someones had a similar issue,When i am trying to access our mapped network drives it takes around 30-40 secs before opening them, I have tried changing to quota ,drivespace and none and nothing makes a difference, I have enalbled diasabled compression changed the folder to search for general items etc Anyone have any ideas Running server 2012 with iis 8 and network drive is located on different VM Thanks
  9. Good morning I have two questions 1: my web logs are only showing the results from the day in question and not previous results (historic logs does not work at all ) this is with sql 2: when updating a ticket it seems slow to update and hangs regards
  10. Hi i have logon tracker installed with sql,when i go to web logs i am able to bring up the day currently on but no logs are saved before that,Historic logs show empty Am i missing something (i have logon tracker rolled out to all my machines) Regards
  11. Hi Nick Many thanks for your quick response,In my moment of madness i forgot to set up the new SQL so yes your were 100 Per cent right,I changed back to xml to test and was working Spot on Cant wait to see some more features added in the future (if any)

Good morning Home access plus is running very slowly,Logging on,accessing files etc,i have installed on server 2012 and has always been quite sluggish but bearable is there any tweaks to speed up loading When loading mapped drives it takes around 30 seconds to load drives,i have no quota server set and all drives sre set a drivespace ,i have tried both none and quota server with no luck i have sql server set up for helpdesk and email are sent to inbox (office 365) Also with webtracker it only archives the day you are on and not past ?? any ideas ????? regards

Good afternoon We have a load of Macbook Airs (newest update) however the Sharp MX3111-u doesn't seem to want to print correctly,i downloaded the only driver PPD and also tried the generic pcl driver however i have no options to change to colour and it staples all the pages together, Has anyone experienced a similar problem regards
