Very jealous! I admire the sonos stuff just can't justify the cost so have to settle for second best when the Chromecast supports multi room!

I can see the appeal for non tech people but the penny pinching side of me says to buy a few decent speakers and Chromecast audios instead your saving a huge amount of money.

We got this working by setting up the emulator on one PC updating the software (including emulator) and then copying the emulator file to every PC it needed to go on after install. For some reason the emulator and software are two separate bits of software and they don't bundle the updated emulator with their software.

Sorry to hijack but do you use a script or special software to WOL all your PC's? Having a mare with some 64 bit PC'S at the moment

S6 for the camera alone. If you're into rooting you can remove all the touchwiz rubbish and still keep the camera app.

Had serious issues with my upgrade screen resolution was off and the context menu vanished so when I right clicked any file to copy paste etc nothing happened! Also my trackpad drivers failed and lost wireless drivers. Ended up doing a clean install and all works perfectly, must have been an issue with my upgrade.

Was all for OPO2 but no NFC or quick charge and the same screen size (I had the original and the screen was to big) is me out Shame but Galaxy S6 here I come!

Hi everyone, Quick Q A user is going on maternity leave here so will be off for 9 months soon. When she has set-up her automatic replies she has told me that it only send's once to the outside user. Also we have the librarian who is part time who also has this problem but as she is in alternate days I am thinking another solution may be needed. I have tested this and she is right and it say's it on the automatic replies setting. Seems a bit of a weird setting surely out of office is out of office so it should send all the time? Is there a way to have the Out of office send every time all the time for every sender? Thanks,

Thank for all the comments and the heated discussions! I don't require a car and actually the previous guy didn't. In isn't moving a lot of equipment literally the occasional PC or little bit so they said a car would be a little easier! I think the lease option is out though only as the costs seem to be a lot of money (4-5K) for 3 years with nothing at the end of it. The horror stories also put me off. I am now thinking of buying a used car from a dealer and getting the extended warranty that comes with it (5 years if possible) then if anything goes wrong I am covered. Opinions anyone? P.S. I have a 10 year old fiesta zetec 1.4 so it drinks fuel and as I say I just don't think it will cope with the short journeys that well. Yer those or Up's or seat Mii or whatever I don't really care about the car just that it won't get damaged doing the short journeys really!

Just wondered if people have every leased a car before and would recommend it? I have a car now but my new job is literally down the road (I mean literally max 10 minutes walk), however it is across sites so a car is required to move equipment. I am worried that my car at the moment won't be able to handle the short journeys so though about leasing a little 1.0 litre car and just using that? My car isn't 100% reliable at the moment and has recently started developing a few faults. Just wondered peoples opinions on the subject? Merci!

Thanks look's like the simple way of setting up is with a [email protected] and then buying the app through there and hoping it works for all users from then on. Thanks for the advice the app cost a lot so could have been a costly mistake!

Hi there, Without my knowledge the music teacher has decided to buy a surface pro 3 so they can use some fancy music writing software which is only available on the windows store. I was just wondering if the app was brought via the windows store is it locked to the account of the person who brought it? Ideally I would like it available to everyone who uses the computer. Also for buying the app would it be better to create a new email for example [email protected] or something a long those lines or just use mine/another email address? Got 60+ New computers to install so 3 images required and then asset tag and deploy out to wherever they are going SSD's into the older computers and create a new image for them which is bare bones and has nothing apart from office and internet browsing Setup OP smartdesk for all the maintenance departments Move computers into different offices Not be told about people moving offices to find there is no network point so a cable will have to be run. Also personally running the Brighton Marathon is 15 days!

Just to bump in I have a OPO for sale if anyone is interested excellent condition hardly used with 2 cases and 5 ish screen protectors will take 180 for it as a quick sale will be posting in the for sale section when I get home (about an hour's time!)

Could you not run a task deployed via GPO to turn the tablets off at a certain time could be during the night to minimize disruption?

Turned out he had used a portable app to run onedrive from his USB stick but as soon as he clicked sync then it caused all these problems. Have now prevented said staff member using USB sticks on their profile For future if this happens to anyone else though I disabled them access to save/edit the onedrive folder on their roaming profile and it seems to have fixed the issue.

Hi there, Having a weird issue with a staff member here. Basically they have signed into their personal one drive on IE on their work computer and now every time they login it downloads their 11.2 GB personal one drive data to roaming profile so login takes agessss. They have told me they have unlinked the computer via the one drive tool online however it still keeps trying to download their one drive stuff. Is there an easy way of stopping this? Thanks!
