I have a solution called LimeGreen which I'm installing into schools with Digital Signage as well as 5-Point Optical Touchscreens, would be happy to provide you with a demo to trial it if you wish? It's been popular due to the cost and it's pretty simple to use, you can create your content in PowerPoint and then export the content as a video file which you the import into the software. Cost comes in around £500 for a 3yr license with the hardware. It's driven by an android player which can be attached to the back of the screen too.

I work with the Philips Touch regularly and they will work if calibrated properly, however will only be single touch.
