That wouldn't possible here. I've got 3 screens at different points around the school. I'd need them to connect wirelessly to a net based client. Also, I would want different displays on all of them.

OneLan seems really good. I saw this one demo'd in some sort of conference once and it would work really well. A bit too pricey, though, I think. Plus I think it comes as an all in one screen and net-top box. What I have here is a few TV screens that were once used for CCTV but I'd like to set them up as signage screens. I've found one called Sedao which might be what I need. It comes with a small box that can be attached to the TV and operated through a web-based client. I'll keep you posted. Thanks BKGary. I was thinking more in terms of a whole solution, including hardware. I'd like to get a small box, attached near the TV that connects wirelessly to the digital signage content. Any ideas? Cheers Aled

Has anyone found the answer to this yet? I'm running a CC4 network with a SmartCache2 Proxy. The pupils go through the SmartCache filter but I can't see anything obvious that would block it.

Adding the reg policy doesn't seem to have worked for my test user. The volume icon still doesn't appear

I realise it's been a while but has this been resolved yet? I'm getting a very similar problem in CC4 with Windows 7. The volume slilder turns itself to zero all the time. I've been told that it can happen when going from one program to another but mainly it happens when a user logs on.

Has anyone got this package built for x64 workstations?
