Not got a DSLR you can borrow from photography? For this kind of thing I'd use OBS, free and open source, and you can quite easily add multiple sources for the camera feed, presentation, and adding school crests etc.

Looks like you need to update your firmware, This doc suggests that older firmware won't enable the cache again.

You can make a folder public in google drive, so what you've said is doable.

Great analogy. Early smartphones were also too expensive and too buggy for most people, and people waited for them to come down in price and get more refined before buying. Just like the cars. Once they're easily affordable and more developed, then sure, they'll be commonplace.

That warning just means you have a startup script or similar, which runs before a user logs on, hence the restart.

Not to mention the domestic and international industrial pollution on top of that. Transport is a relatively small portion. I wonder what proportion of that manufacturing pollution is the production of ev vehicles

Well, that wasn't in the first post was it In that case, I believe the only option would be to use webrtc, websockets or similar, I don't think there's even an html option that would take the stream directly.

Why wouldn't you just use the raspberry pi to play the video stream directly? Seems like a lot of pointless hoop jumping just to play a video stream.

I'm not anti-EV at all, they just aren't ready for mass adoption yet, and evangelists spouting the benefits every 30 seconds and getting uppity when anyone dares suggest that their use of a vehicle makes an EV unsuitable for them just doesn't help things!
