We've recently started a trial into using a single print queue for our school. Most of the users we have have no issues using PCs to send jobs to the copiers and collecting said jobs form the copiers. However, we have around five users who can send the job to the copier, log on at the copier via the Safecom card scanner, see the job there, select it, but no job is ever printed. 1) We have refreshed the network profile and the local profile. 2) All users get the same Pull Print driver. 3) On the Safecom server the users have been removed and re-added and their cared updated to reflect the changes. The issue still persists. Does anyone have experience with Xerox and the Safecom single print queue system who could advise us. Our supplier for both devices keeps reiterating that it isn't the Safecom or Xerox device that is at fault and that it is stemming from the user profiles on the PCs.

At RGC we have Creo v2 manually installed on a number of PCs. We have tried to configure a package to be deployed by Manage Engine's OS Deployer 4, but it doesn't seem to hold. I have currently build a new Win7 image on a PC and installed Creo v2 onto it and configured it for BS8888. On capturing the PC image for deployment elsewhere the PTC programs are no longer recognised as Win32 .exe's. Has anyone come across this before, if so what is the remedy? With regards the PC these images were on I have attempted to re-image it back to a previous version, but it keeps giving up within the first 10 seconds of the build.

General query in relation to this, would a HDMI video capture PCIe card be able to run Apple TV?

What we are doing is one line straight to the Lindy from the PC, a separate line from the Apple TV, via a Kanex box, VGA, to the Lindy, with the Lindy then putting a single line to a separate powered VGA splitter, which goes off to the PC monitor and then off to the projector. To complicate things we have more than one AV solution in the system. Some have a SmartBoard solution, with integrated control panel, but with various versions of the control panel set up implemented. Some with a Promethean set up, with separate audio and visual output. The Promethean's have an issue where the Epson projector can't make up it's mind whether it is going to be an PC projection or an ATV selection (keeps jumping between the two)l. Have added a PSU to one of the Lindy boxes, it stops the jumping between the two devices but prioritises the PC. Does not allow the ATV unit more than 3 seconds of connect time before reverting back to the PC. At this school we have installed Apple TV and are using a Lindy 2 port VGA & Audio switch. The presentation on the projector for the ATV is perfectly clear, but when switching to the PC output it is clear on the projector screen but the resolution on the PC monitor comes up as either "out of range" or blurry. We have played about with the resolutions and have ended up with some weird combinations to get a picture on the monitor, blurry or not. Currently using ViewSonic 17" monitors. Last room I outfitted had me setting resolution to 1024x768 at 70Hz, just to get a less blurry output. Any suggestions?
