Hi, Is it possible to stop people being able to book rooms that aren't free? Can we get rid of that tick box. Or if we untick the 'Automatically Allocate Room Bookings ' box, who does this go to? All administrators? And is it easy then to see if they are trying to book a room that is already booked? Thankyou!
