Thanks for that - I've tried to include the name in the subject line but unfortunately it doesn't allow me to do this as the drop-down tab for student name doesn't appear until the text is in the message box

I have the same problem as you ... I am looking at sending individual reports to form tutors but only the first student is being sent (out of 4) - we have vertical tutoring so I really don't want to spend ages sending numerous times! Did you ever receive a response as to how to combat the problem? If you did, would you be kind enough to share the secret??
