Im now using 2016 but i have had this problem prior, we were using server 2008 r2 and i was was hoping a good tidy up and upgrade over half term would fix it

Hi all. I have a very annoying problem in exchange 2010, why i try and add send as permision to a mailbox i get “Error: Active Directory operation failed on DC.domain.com. This error is not retriable. Additional information: Access is denied. Active directory response: 00000005: SecErr: DSID-03151E07, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0 The user has insufficient access rights.” I can fix this in active directory by clicking on the user, then security and reset to defaults, i can then add users with no problem in EMC.... but about 30 minutes later the permisons in AD have changed back and send-as is broken again. ive tryed moving the user for the mailbox to the start of the tree in AD as it must be inheriting dodgy permision from somewhere but that dosent help... any ideas?

i dont know if you can do this via a policy, but you can do it manualy by setting there home wireless network as a metered connection then windows wont down load any updates at home.

for anyone else who might read this i had to add static routes on the DHCP sever and everything works fine. Switch is a hp flexfabric 5700 we have 4 vlans, with the switch having an interface in each vlan its hp so it is dhcp relay rather than ip helper and it is configured -- i can see dhcp requests from the vlans on the dhcp server coming from the switch ip in each vlan i have the dhcp scopes setup on the server and the server is sending a corresponding ipaddress back to the switch depending on which vlan requested it. I have had this working on my old server 2008 and old core switch, and as far as i can see everything is setup the same setup is Default Vlan 191.168.24.0 191.168.31.255 191.168.24.1 191.168.31.254 255.255.248.0 21 1 192.168.30.15 Main School Subnet 172.16.80.0 172.16.80.255 172.16.80.1 172.16.80.254 255.255.255.0 24 80 172.16.80.15 Teachers Wi-Fi Subnet 172.16.99.0 172.16.99.255 172.16.99.1 172.16.99.254 255.255.255.0 24 99 172.16.99.15 Guest Wi-Fi Subnet 192.168.16.0 192.168.23.255 192.168.16.1 192.168.23.254 255.255.248.0 21 100 192.168.23.15 iPad & Apple Airplay Subnet DHCP server is on 192.168.27.106 Switch has the following ipaddress's Default Vlan 192.168.31.210 Vlan80 172.16.80.210 Vlan99 172.16.99.210 vlan100 192.168.23.210 On the screenshot above you can see that dhcp relay is forwading to the dhcp and the server resonds with a correct ip address

Hi i cant get devices on the wireless vlans for teachers and students working - they are not getting DHCP - if i put manual ip address's in they work ok below is my wireshark print out with details of devices 17.16.80.210 is the teachers vlan on on HP flex 5700 192.168.27.106 is my dhcp server in wire shark i can see that the dhcp relay is working as it gets to the dhcp server and the dhcp server offers back an ip address, but my devices dont recive any address.. this has got me stumped

Hi I have a New install Of server 2016 Datacenter setup as a cluster - Two hosts and a SAN Everything seems to work as you would expect with the SAN being used as Cluster shared volumes. About once a week in event logs i get this warning Cluster network interface 'CMS-Vhost-01 - vEthernet (HP Ethernet 10Gb 2-port 561FLR-T Adapter #2 - Virtual Switch)' for cluster node 'CMS-Vhost-01' on network 'Public Network' is unreachable by at least one other cluster node attached to the network. The failover cluster was not able to determine the location of the failure. Run the Validate a Configuration wizard to check your network configuration. If the condition persists, check for hardware or software errors related to the network adapter. Also check for failures in any other network components to which the node is connected such as hubs, switches, or bridges. Followed by this error Cluster network 'Public Network' is partitioned. Some attached failover cluster nodes cannot communicate with each other over the network. The failover cluster was not able to determine the location of the failure. Run the Validate a Configuration wizard to check your network configuration. If the condition persists, check for hardware or software errors related to the network adapter. Also check for failures in any other network components to which the node is connected such as hubs, switches, or bridges. The same error at exactly the same time on both hosts. Server validation is 100 perfect Im using two interfaces, Port 1 is Configured in as Cluster Only and is in its own VLan and is only able to communicate to the SAN Port 2 is Configured as CLuster and Client and is availble on the network ( referd as Public Network in the event ) ANy help would be much apprecaited

yes it was created in audit mode.. intrestingly if after i capture the image with WDS and go back to my hyperv machine and go through the setup it all exactly as i want...

Hi Can i have all my domain joined windows 10 pcs also use intune for eduation for depolying of apps? also if i deploy apps from intune can it be done per machine rather than per user for shared devices? Cheers Colin

Depends on your printer driver, it will be under prefrences normaly where you can choose colour. Monochrome gives a negative effect on the printing so black becomes white and the white becomes black

For such a small network , it would be better to strart from scratch, if gpo's have been effected you never know what else is damaged

you dont want to use monochrome, you need to make it grey scale
