Hi there, Pen stopped working for one of the users. I have done all i could but its still no go. I've done: Unplugging usb for 1 min powering down board for 5 min repairing drivers installation restarting PC Flame on the board is white but as soon as I touch it with a pen it goes red. After repairing drivers installation it connects for one second and goes off again. I tried with different pen and the same happens. Did anyone had similar problem? Thank you M

Hello All, I wonder if anyone had similar problem. Randomly one of windows 7 machines come off the network and is asking for activation key. I am hoping its not a virus because I added machine back on and updated activation key. Unfortunately Activeinspire on that machine does not open any more. I re-installed software but wilt no luck. Could it be network card issue? After this incident I cant see this machine through Impero. That usually means network card issue. Thank you in advance

This is the sentence form the JD : Using WHS assessment programme, produce all year groups’ CYAs and reports and full Annual Reports, WHS is abbreviation of school name (I should have know that) but still puzzled about CYAs. Could it still be Children and Young Adults? Thank you M

Hello All, I've got an interview for Exam and Data Officer in few days. Is there any advice you could give me for an interview? I haven't got experience in this role so it is new challenge for me. If you were Data manager employing someone to work with/for you what would you ask them? What skills are you looking for? Also in my JD are two abbreviations that I can't crack. First is WHS, which I think means Work Health and Safety, second is CYA and I don't have a clue what does it stands for. The only explanation I could find was Cover Your Ass but somehow I don't think this is it Looking forward to your suggestions. Thank you, Margaret

Hi All, My school is taking over new website soon. It has been written in PHP. School owns the website so there wont be 3rd party company to help just in case something goes wrong. There wont be problem with updating the website however I would like to learn language so I can fix thinks when it will come to it. I would also like to learn just for myself. School agreed to send me for the course but it needs to be accredited with qualification at the end. Hope that make sense. Does any of you know good place to do the course? I am in London, Essex. I know many web developers are self thought but I don't think I have enough self discipline. Thank you in advance. Margaret

Thank you Ant, I couldn't do that so I installed on each machine (didn't have enough patience to find out what I'm doing wrong). It is working as well when i log in as student. I need to now work out how to do it on the network as we have 2 computing suits.

Hi All, We use espresso coding website during computing lessons. my manager created shortcut in Google chrome as we notice that IE didn't work properly with espresso website. Problem is every time user opens shortcut they needs to log in. After that we get error, we need to return to the login page, log in again and its working fine. It is time consuming and quite impossible to do for year 1 and 2. We end up going around and login everyone in. My question is: How do I create shortcut that goes straight in without need of user to put in username and password? I would appreciate any advise. Thank you Margaret
