  1. I'm aware a few of the staff have moved on and we have taken a few support contracts from them since they became TSI World, feedback from the new customers on the experience since moving to us has been massively positive. Back in the day it was a great group of people there.

We pride ourselves on the hard earned reputation for first class customer service, no nonsense straight forward advice and technical excellence. We are currently seeking to expand our technical staff to accommodate a growing client base contracted for technical support and maintenance. The primary role will involve performing scheduled ICT maintenance visits on customer sites to the highest possible standards. As this is a customer facing role a professional and approachable manner is required as is the ability to attain a successful extended CRB check. The tasks while on maintenance visits or support calls will vary from installing software, new equipment, Windows server maintenance, wireless, tablets and printers. Essential knowledge: Server 2003/2008, ISA 2006, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows XP/7/8, TCP-IP, DNS, DHCP, Shares, Permissions. Advantageous knowledge: HP/Dell Servers, RAID, Server 2012, Hyper-V, Forefront TMG, WDS, Windows 8, Wireless implementations, Tablet deployments, Backup Exec, Sophos, Promethean, Smartboard, MCP, CompTIA, routers. The multiple stage interview will include an extensive technical section with practical tests on servers and desktops. There is also a short psychometric test. Applicants must hold a full UK driving license and have the use of a vehicle for traveling between customer sites, all business mileage reimbursed. Attractive pension scheme. The successful applicant will be provided with tools, software and a laptop suitable for use on site. Working hours are between 8:30 and 16:30 Monday to Friday. On the job training is provided and access to training materials and exams to assist your personal and career development.
