Naw, PS4, Decided against upgrading my graphics card for now for the PC.

Well that was a fun evening, Settlements are a lot more fun than I thought they would be (i can only find potatos to plant though ). Managed to do Death claw bit first time, just, had 20 ammo left. Have been blown up by mines a few times already, and it seems to be a lot easier to get killed by gunfire than in previous, but overall a good first impression.

No I just have a basic forerunner 10, the old man has a fancy one that does the pace setting though, maybe i'll get that as a hand me down at some point.

unsure, havent uploaded my data yet, but my Dad (who i ran with) did tell me. 10:1? 10.2? 11.3? roughly, and i dont know about the last .16 mile that makes it to 5k, but i had some more left in the tank for a strong finish.

Ran it in 32:45 Really struggled in the last mile. Had some motivation though as there were a bunch of runners from a group that i overheard were doing their first parkrun from couch to 5k, so for myself (selfishly) I wanted to beat any that i saw ahead of me. Was just a shame about the last mile though, quite a few people i had overtook got back past me!

Small 2 mile run yesterday, gentle. Leg cramped up half way through and had to stretch it out, that's happened on a couple of my runs, but this one started quite early. Unsure if related to previous ankle/shin issues but once stretched it's fine. Just a pain i have to stop. Running the local ParkRun tomorrow morning, for the first time since....wow...october last year. Was sure id done one since, clearly not! If anyone's interested.... That 27:23 was a TOTAL fluke. God knows what i'd had for breakfast that day/dinner the night before. Edit: Did some more digging, did a run at another parkrun in April....32 minutes something. my "mean" time is 29.59, would be nice to beat that time.

That gtx 960 card is out of stock again, and doesn't appear to be in an offer today, will order it probably as soon as it's back in stock. (worth noting for anyone else that the card is slightly cheaper on overclockers.co.uk) but as i have a £50 voucher for amazon, i'm going with them.
