  1. Hi, I open a ticket at Microsoft because of this the error code on the client when trying to activate using ospp.vbs is 0xC004F056 Microsoft confirmed this problem when Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 is used as KMS host for Office 2013 and Office 2016 at the same time. KMS error 0xC004F074 when you try to activate Office 2016 volume-licensed client
  2. Just to clarify the events record on the Windows Event Viewer related to the activation request aren't classified as errors in case of failure. We need to check the status recorded... Successful activation: Error Activating: If you don't have any problem with the clients activating simply ignore it. Did some search and found more information about the status on this thread and on this Microsoft page you can see that they admit the report causes confusion.
  3. Hi, Sorry but from the image I don't see nothing wrong. I see two options one on the KMS server check the Event Viewer you will have a category there with all the activation request and if you compare the requests you can discover which failed and the name of the client affected and also some error code. The error code will not always help some times the error generated on the client side, if you use slmgr.vbs to activate, can give more clues about the problem. Usually searching the client error in google gives more tips to solve the problem...
  4. Hi, I do not know if you understand what it is for anonymous access. Anonymous access is for public access, everyone can connect and browse the FTP server they only have to use as pass something like and e-mail address, it could be completely fake. If you want to have public access open make sure it's only for reading and limit the accessible paths.
  5. Hi, Make sure you run chkdsk on the C: drive... open the Command Prompt as Administrator (Tutorial) type the command: chkdsk /f /x C: When it ask if you want to do a scan on next restart answer Yes restart the computer Try to install using the Off-line installer like Arthur suggested, that one will not install the Ask Toolbar junk.
  6. Hi, The problem is only in Powerpoint? How about in Outlook?
  7. Hi, Probably the best place to find information about this thread is at Bleeping here and the discussing topic here.
