O365 safeguarding and compliance with Free A2 Plan
JackDavidson replied to JackDavidson's topic in Cloud Services
Is anyone able to confirm whether searching across mailboxes, transport rules (content filtering) and admin access to mailbox content is possible on the free A2 plan? What are schools that are currently on the free plan doing regarding this area? Thanks -
We are considering moving to Office 365 (from Novell Groupwise but that is a whole other thread!). I was trying to find out how other schools are finding the various compliance tools with regard to safeguarding. I have been looking at the compliance features listed here: Compliance Features in Exchange Online . specifically the Discovery (search across all mailboxes) and Transport Rule features seem to be the most relevant. I am assuming that accessing all users mailboxes is a given. Id be interested to hear whether these are available on the free A2 plan and what other schools using O365 do around safeguarding and content filtering/monitoring. Thanks!
