The Head has bought some new Samsung smart TV's which supposedlyconnect to the internet. Unfortunately they won’t connect as there is nowhere to put in the proxy details, it is currently connected to the Wi-Fi but in the settings there is no way to put in the proxy settings. Is there anything I can do otherthan going to the local authority to get some ports open?? Are there anychanges I can make on the server to get them online?? HELP

I have installed LANSchools I have a quote from them for a site licence for just short of £4,000. I dont think that is too bad a price but like alot people have said the teachers do not use it even though they request it. It is really good software (not as many functions as Impero) but if they are not going to use it i might as well put the money to some good use else where in the school. Our Demo has been on a week now so we have another 3 weeks if they dont use it in them 3 weeks then were going for Itcal which is free. I have got to get Impero for one of my schools as the IT teacher there is very keen with it been a PRU so i look forward to installing that. Thanks Guys for all your adivce.

Eekk!!! how much was it.....???

I have been looking for different types of software to install in schools for the teachers to Share/control what is on the pupils screen, to see what pupils are working on/looking at. Also to be able display what the pupils have been doing in class to the teacher screen which can then be dislpayed on the smartboard. I have found a few online but can anyone recommend any other software which they are using or have used? Cheers J
