If you're still looking, SISRA Observe is what people are moving to from BlueSky. It's much cheaper and looks/feels more intuitive.

Not sure about the validity of that! I think it's just that more schools in the south use 4matrix and the north seem to be using SISRA Analytics. 4matrix have about 750 schools using it and SISRA have about 1400. -

About 50% of the schools in Yorkshire and the Humber use SISRA Analytics, I think 4matrix is more widely used in the South and in London definitely. I'm sure another school would be happy for you to go in and see them both in action, that's a good way to find out. -

Non-Teaching Senior Leader (Data) - St Patrick's RC High School, Salford There is a vacancy for a School Data Manager in an Outstanding Catholic Secondary School with National Teaching School Status. The position would be full time for term time plus four weeks. We are looking for someone highly experienced and passionate to join a vibrant and dedicated Senior Leadership team, offering strategic guidance and the opportunity to be involved in educational development across the school. The role involves timetabling, so knowledge of Nova T6 would be an advantage although training would be provided for the right candidate. Essential Skills: Considerable SIMS knowledge and experience Understanding of exam results analysis and school performance tables Strong analytical skills Ability to guide strategic decisions at whole school level Desirable Skills: SIMS Exams Organiser SISRA Analytics Nova T6 Scope exists for the role to be shaped and developed further based upon the experience and interests of the successful candidate. SISRA is still using 2013 coeffs so all the VA figures will be out. DfE have totally changed their method (without warning anyone)! -

There are known issues esp with the 5A*-C. Not sure when it will be resolved!
