Hi, Sorry if this question is a bit , but im new to this. I was following the RIS guide which you have here, so far so good. I've syspreped the machine and RIS is installed on the server. When i boot the machine and press F12, i get the following message: "the operating system inage you selected does not contain the necessarry drivers for your netwrok adapter". I've done a search and what it kind of tells me is to install the network drivers onto the xp image on the server and also change the ini file. Im not really sure which folder on the xp image i should install the drivers to, and also what changes do i make to the ini file so it points to the drivers? Also can i put multiple network drivers, im sure i read that you had a certain limit. Thanks H

Hi, I had a similar problem as yours, where the printer has showing online and active, but could not print. But could print from server. What i did was, i installed the printer using the windows add printer feature instead of the hp cd. This worked for me, hope this helps. Thanks H

Hi Guys, Thanks for the quick relpies, have downloaded the drivers from their to, but it just doesnt seem to be working. The vga works a treat, but the others, its just not picking up. Thanks H

Hi, I had an advent laptop, model no. 7109b bought to me, which needed windows putting on. There was no recovery disk or image on hard drive. Have installed xp with sp3. I downloaded the drivers from the emic website, who manufacture the laptop. The vga, card drivers all work fine. The sound drivers, wireless acrd and also the nic do not seem to picking up the drivers. The wireless card is a ralink 2500rt, sound is realtek 8196 ( spec was found off the manufactruers website). Have downloaded drivers off different websites, off the ralink and realtek website. Everytime i try to install them, i go through device manager, it doesnt pick them up. HAve tried loads of different drivers off different websites, but just cant get them to work. Any ideas of what i might be doing wrong. Thanks H

Hi Mate, You'll need to ring epson and give them that error code that comes up when you power the projector up. They'll ask you to send them proof of purchase, so fax them your invoice/order. They will ring or email you the unlocking code for this. You might need to chase them up regarding the unlocking code as they have a tendenacy of forgeting.

Hi Guys, Im newly registered, so hello everbody . Im working for a school, where we are thinking of getting a managed network system. I've searched in previous threads that viglen are not that good, but these posts were from around 3-5 years ago. Does anybody have the viglen network, are they any good, service, support etc? Thanks H
