We left VM after 2 and a half year battle trying to get our ping and dl speed correct (was all on their side). Was on a 20mb conn and only getting 700kb/s :/ In the end, we got 6 months refunded and left VM in the middle of the contract. With BT for about 2 years now, and what a difference! even if it is on ADSL lol
