  1. Hi @DaveAshworth Apologies for the late reply, I was out of the office on Friday afternoon. Glad you're all sorted! Tom
  2. For those who weren't already aware, NetSupport Notify v4 has now been released - https://www.netsupportnotify.com/new%20features/. Tom
  3. Hi @DaveAshworth I've sent you a PM. Tom
  4. This is on our immediate roadmap to look at, and is currently scheduled to feature in the next release (date TBA). Thanks Tom
  5. Hi @gtg93 If no user is logged on to a machine, the Alert will appear over the login screen. If a user has locked their PC, then the Alert will appear when they log back in. Tom
  6. Hi @lsissons93 NetSupport Notify lets you send out alerts quickly and easily, and also features an Emergency Response option to enable users to send out messages using a hotkey combination. Feel free to PM me for more information. Tom
  7. Thanks for getting back to me @Xeba37, but it looks like the error isn't caused by NetSupport DNA. It my be worth speaking with a SIMS technician? Tom
  8. Hi @Xeba37 Could you send me a PM with your details? Tom
  9. Hi @RiffRaff If you send me a PM with your details, I'll get our Tech Support team to contact you. Tom
  10. Hi @deano3693 NetSupport Notify allows you to pre-configure an emergency response message at the Agent's machine and set up a hotkey combination to send this (CTRL + arrow key). This needs to be configured at each Notification Agent machine that is to receive the emergency message (you can roll this out using Active Directory). In order for staff to send an Alert, they would need a Console installed. By default, this feature is not turned on so you would have to do this before configuring the message and hotkey. If you have any questions, please feel free to send a PM. Tom
  11. Hi @Chriss31, I work for NetSupport but just wanted to make sure you had the relevant information in order to help you look at the software. NetSupport Notify can be a vital communication tool during a school’s emergency and lockdown procedure and some integrate it as an official part of their emergency plans due to its ability to send a clear and concise message or instruction (maximum 500 characters) to all connected computers, specific users/devices or selected departments. Each message can carry a priority level and a request for acknowledgment. The delivered message automatically takes screen focus on recipient computers and can be accompanied by an audible alert to ensure attention is gained (this can be repeated every five seconds just to make sure!). The message will be squared and centred on recipient desktops, with the option to display full screen on unattended displays. We offer a 30-day evaluation of the software, which can be downloaded from NetSupport Notify - Download a free 30 day trial - this is fully functioning, and can be installed on up to 50 machines. If you have any questions, or need any further information, please feel free to PM me.
  12. Hi @RiffRaff Would you be able to PM me your details? I'll then get our Tech Support team to contact you. Thanks Tom
