  1. Edit- Finally solved. When you have set the machine to Windows Classic Theme. You then need to stop and disable the "Theme" service. This has solved it for us. Sorry for the wish wash of information Let me know how this works for you
  2. There is a fix for this, when you set the theme of windows 7 from basic or any other to classic the crash issue is gone. Not once. no matter what it is its gone. this solutions was found by my colleague who saw the same issue with other software. so Kudos to him. This definitely works on the administrator accounts. We're currently seeing how to implement this in through AD and How long it works.
