I brought a laptop from PC World and didn't get the disks.

What I mean is some people don't have the OS install disk as they brought their computers from places like PC World so would it be ok if I burned copies of XP installation to disks and then if my customers hard drive nees reformating I can reformat it and then use my XP disk and use their product key which I would get from the sticker with they key on it on their computer.

Thanks for the help. Would it be allowed for me to burn the XP install disks to CD and then use the customers product key to install?

I would be going round to clients houses. If I did need access to files then I would download them at home.

Yesterday at School we had a quiz on IT. Now I posted before about my teachers knowing nothing but yesterday I argued with my teacher. Why? Because in his quiz he said that SATA is a type of graphics card and that your BIOS is stored on your Hard Drive. He admitted he was wrong with the SATA question but with the BIOS he said that the BIOS does not boot automatically when you turn your PC on you have to press a button but of course when you turn your computer on the BIOS runs to set everything up and also all BIOS settings are stored on a chip on the motherboard. It makes me sad when teachers are telling a BTEC class the wrong answers and they will go out to PC World and ask for a SATA graphics card.

Hi, At School we have MS Office Outlook 2003 and we also have Outlook Express 6 and I want to be able to set it up so Outlook Express 6 can connect to the exchange server and send and recieve emails from my account. Can anyone tell me how? In the 2003 version it has the Exchange Server address but when I try and do it on Express 6 I get connection errors.

I am currently using AOL.

VM seems good but I just don't want to pay £40 for the router, I am wondering if AOL will take the one back that they gave me.

Yeah I would charge them if they are printing out things such as non school work such as a girl at my school does ( Prints out Zac Efron pics each day) also I would give more credits to students in classes where they need to do alot of printing such as my BTEC IT class we have to print out all our assignments.

I would defiently make it again with Joomla as it will allow everyone to easily edit it while keeping everything the same.

I ended up using one called Undelete Plus. It did not recover my folder but it recovered the contents inside it.

Hi, I deleted a folder on my USB stick which contained shortcuts to some sites. I was wondering if anyone knows any free software which will recover the folder?

I am new to programming and was thinking about learning Java or C++. Which one would you reccomend and why? If you don't think I should learn one of them please say why and suggest a good one. Thanks.
