Just so you're aware, someone dropped the ball badly with us - we ordered some Promethean stuff recently to N.Ireland, only to be told about three weeks later there was an IT issue, and it's only reaching the right people now. Then we're told delivery to N.I. is impossible, despite order to N.I. being allowed to be placed. Then we find out the card was charged already, despite the T&C saying this does not happen. Imagine how happy we are not.
