I've used drawio.com a couple of times before. I understand it to be an open source equivalent to Visio. It did the job perfectly!

How do I delete an individual print job from the queue...?
Squip replied to Koldov's topic in How do you do....it?
Do you have an auth pop up when printing? If so, it could be this issue: https://www.papercut.com/kb/Main/JobsStuckWithStatusOfPrinting If so, you can kill printisolationhost.exe (sometimes have to do it twice) and it skips the 'bad' job and continues. -
Have you checked in chrome://policy from one of the logged in Chromebooks? That should show you all applied policies.

Can you send a screenshot? The volume slider is above the ringtone selector

Unless they can explain what exactly about the local environment is causing this, I would suggest that you may have been fobbed-off. It's very convenient for them to blame the local environment and not be more specific. I would push back and ask for more info.

Staff Room Display Screen - PC Stick Suitable Software
Squip replied to talksr's topic in Learning Network Manager
Depending on how tech-savvy they are, a free solution is VNC and PowerPoint. -
This is what we do. Just be aware that the folders can take a little while to be deleted due to the sheer number of files within them (mostly in appdata). We had a machine with over 50 local pupil profiles, and it taken around 15 mins to delete them all in the background after applying the gpo and rebooting.

Forgive me for asking, but isn't that what your company does - advises on questions like this? From your website: "Supporting education organisations by designing, building and delivering specialist technology services, support and solutions." This question gives the impression that a customer of yours has asked the question, and you're relaying it to the forum instead of having an answer.

If you haven't already done so, give Promethean support a call. They're very helpful. Last time we called with an issue, they gave us a newer firmware that flashed onto the board via USB stick.

Tried an older version of ActivInspire?

Are they saying Anydesk isn't secure? Or the fact that you're logging in from (presumably) a non-school device? VPN + Remote desktop is always an option.

I've seen - but never questioned - the same behaviour. It only appears to happen for global admins.
