I have to say in recent months I have had little or no joy in getting hold of OZ either with email, raising a support ticket anything. I am desperate for this new update, mainly for the asset management bit which my boss is ripping my head for (I promised her that we would have an asset management system in place by end of august which she wasnt happy about then). I would like to hear from someone or maybe even Oz regarding updates, keeping paying customers in the loop etc.

Yes thanks, was also getting a little worried myself. My helpdesk is up and running but I really need the Asset Mangement now. Looking forward to picking myself up off the floor !! Tony

It all seems very quiet on the Asset Management front, which is a shame because this would have been a perfect week (for me at least) to get it all uptodate with asset information. Any one heard any news ?

Hi, I do speedtest every day to test if its up to full speed but i only get a max of 5.01 mb /s on the results screen. On general downloading it averages around 509 kb/s. Cheers

is anyone from the bolton area. I registered for my upgrade and a couple of weeks ago noticed that bolton were ready for the 10mb link. I rebooted my modem and noticed it jumped up to 5mb but not 10mb....strangeness!!!!

quite bizzare this...i created a new account to test and no luck same thing....i manage to get round this by making users administrators (not ideal really!!) so its got to a permissions thing???

this is not strictly work so i am sorry if this is the wrong forum to post. I have vista business at home with myself as admin and my wife and two kids as norm users. Suddenly tonight I am the only one who can login the others just get the logging message and then the logging out message and bombs it back to welcome page. Any ideas. Cheers guys (and girls) Tony

basically i have a decent HP dx2400 and want to upgrade my gpu (bottleneck) to 8800gt and my current psu is only 300w. So if I went for a Corsair 620W Ultra Quiet PSU SLI & Crossfire Ready, will it be ok then? Cheers Tony

I was about to get an antec psu for my home machine to cater for my new 8800gt card. I read a topic on the FFS forum regarding Antec and i am now scared of frying my board so is Enermax Liberty 500 Watt PSU any good?
