What I normally do is Ghost it, and as soon as it's finished running the Ghostwalker app, put the XP CD in, and at some point (I'm afraid I don't remember the exact point off the top of my head) you reinstall windows over the current install, and this will reinstall all the drivers critical for Windows. However, you will have to reinstall things like IE7...

I'm pretty sure I'm being daft, but what Fields to you use in your AD filter to show users who haven't logged on in more than 60 days? I'd assume it'd be under User, but I can't find anything there that links to "Last Logon" or anything similar?

I would recommend you attach a script to that users logon that net sends you when he logs on and which computer that username is logging onto, then either go and have a look and confirm it is who it's supposed to be, or open up a VNC connection...
