Senior Technician - Cambridge - £26,002 to £30,190 Providing a wide range of IT installation and support services across the three schools, the Senior IT Technician also supports both the IT Technician and the Network Manager. We have not consolidated our pupils of staff as yet. The parent accounts are new accounts created from SIMS and don't have to be consolidated. I was not aware that we had to use the capita webpart. I am not sure why they would require you to use it. We use AD to reset any accounts internally and the parent use the built in ISA tools (if they worked!).

Dear all, We are having a small problem with parent re-setting their passwords. We use ISA 2006 to authenticate our parents against AD and use the built in password reset facility within the logon page (we don’t use the Capita web part). In a number of parents have reset their password and are then denied access. I have to reset their password via AD. We have checked the ISA settings and it all looks correct. Has anyone had anything similar?

The role does cover both schools but no accommodation I am afraid.
