  1. If it's Google Workspace policies I've built a tool for that - https://app.workspaceaudit.com. it reads Admin Console policies for Google Workspace and compares against best practices. For Chrome policies you could use GAM - https://github.com/GAM-team/GAM/wiki/Chrome-Policies
  2. Hi. Is YouTube enabled for your students OU under additional services? Under 18's should still be able to access YouTube if enabled. However, access will be more limited. They will not be able to create channels, see or post comments, etc. More info here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/10651918 I'd also recommend configuring strict restricted mode for YouTube in both your YouTube service settings and Chrome policies.

  10. If you have Google's G Suite for Education, a free alternative is to put Gmail in spam filtering only mode. This is how we replaced the email protection in the Sophos UTM. Working great so far.

  14. We do SSO through to G Suite with Kerberos. Unfortunately this doesn't extend to File stream. It would be great if it did as we'd like to put this in the next image.
