Hi. Is YouTube enabled for your students OU under additional services? Under 18's should still be able to access YouTube if enabled. However, access will be more limited. If you have Google's G Suite for Education, a free alternative is to put Gmail in spam filtering only mode. This is how we replaced the email protection in the Sophos UTM. Working great so far.
