    Oh right, Yep dont blame ya, I used to have that problem when I worked with alot of retail customers, they would call me at like 11.00pm at night and ask stupid questions, then when it came to actucally going around and fixing the PC's they were reluctant to pay! The same thing happens with friends etc. I found in the end acting like I was stupid, gave me a breather..... Miscbrah, That must be a London thing ...... I said that before now ..... lol

    Tell me about it, I used to be an tech ops manager for a european company that sold out. Now im working as an accounts manager although to be honest as its still very much IT based i love it!

    Great provisional plan, I would do something simular. My only advise is dont set it in stone, makesure you have the flexibility to change what works for you. and I would definatly drop XP and opt for win 7. Also make sure you use a knowledgeble company to buy off as they can be the pinacle of good support.
