Hi The Folder redirection policy can take a while. I've narrowed it down to the Start Menu and Desktop which point to a share on sysvol. Is there a method of speeding up Folder Redirection e.g. copying shortcuts to say C drive Help! thanks J.

Hi The network icon/shortcut is removed from the desktop - but how do you make it disappear when you are say Saving a file in Word. So in Word - go to File - Save and then in the left hand pane there are the libraries - OK, Drives - OK and then Network (would like that to go). thanks J. PS Using Win Server2008R2

Hi We've had issues with Windows 7 library files and wish to make sure they work once and for all. This script only needs to run once when the profile is created. Copy from \\UNCPATH\libraries\*.library-ms to \\UNC\share$\yeargroup\username.V2\appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\libraries\*.library-ms If it could just copy over the entire libraries folder that would be great.... thanks in advance J. Hi Setup: PC nr board, but teacher facing towards wall. Would like teacher to be sat at their desk using the PC. Can extend keyboard and mouse by wireless but can link a monitor up by Cat5e from DVI (VGA plugs into the projector there is no DVI/HDMI input) So a few questions - the run is about 15m. Do the converters have their own power supply or can you run from USB? Is there any lag using the converters? What hardware/supplier would you recommend for a converter - am using Win7 Enterprise OS. Can converters support 1440*900? thanks J.

Hi We use Google Chrome for Business. Everything runs fine with XP - 2008R2 domain using ADMX files. (All latest versions) However when setting User Data Directory - it doesn't work. I've tried this to profile/outside profile/a folder in the user home drive. All fails. Any suggestions welcome! James

Hi I have Task Manager switched off on CTRL ALT DEL. However they can right hand click on the clock on the bottom right hand corner and select Start Task Manager. Is there anyway to switch this off? If there is a method to switch off everything on right hand clicking on the clock that would be better! :-) I've blocked out the ability to change time/time zone etc.
